The Freewing Eurofighter Typhoon 8S High Performance 90mm EDF Jet V2 builds on the acclaimed 2023 Freewing Eurofighter platform with a focused set of V2 upgrades — and pairs them with the power of an 8S system designed to push the Typhoon to its performance ceiling. The 8S power system — built around a 4075-1350Kv brushless inrunner motor, 12-blade 90mm EDF, and 120A ESC with thrust reversing — delivers top-end EDF performance with the turbine-like sound and serious speed that define this version of the aircraft. The V2 release introduces quick-disconnect wings for faster, tool-free assembly and breakdown at the field, along with formation lights integrated into the existing scale LED package for enhanced visual presence during flight. The center of gravity range has been extended to allow a more aft CG setting, with CG reference marks now located on the wing for faster, easier field setup.
